MOVA is a digital platform that provides cashback for purchases made through affiliate marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, tiket.com, and Trip.com Shop, as well as optional affiliate business features. By using MOVA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

MOVA Account Registration Access to Affiliate Features

Account Registration

Users can register for an account in the MOVA app and are fully responsible for their account security and all activities conducted therein. Registration is done voluntarily, consciously, and without any coercion from any party.

Access to Digital Products Affiliate Program

Affiliate business features — such as dashboards, affiliate links, and training or educational classes — are only available to users who purchase digital product packages. These features are non-transferable and must be purchased within the MOVA app. Purchases made outside the app are considered unauthorised and are not MOVA's responsibility.

The purchase of MOVA digital product packages is not an investment and does not guarantee any income, profit, or returns. Any potential earnings depend entirely on each user's individual effort, strategy, and activity level.

Users are prohibited from promoting MOVA with misleading claims such as "passive income," "multi-level team," or "get rich quick," as well as making negative, false, or discriminatory statements that could damage MOVA's reputation. MOVA operates without hierarchical or pyramid structures and does not support income models based solely on recruitment.
